Create your account
Sign up with your email and pick a plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — you won't be charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime from settings.
Have your logo file handy (PNG or JPG) — you'll use it in the next step.
Brand your card
Upload your logo, pick your brand color, and choose a stamp icon. The live preview shows exactly what your customers will see when they open their wallet.
Pick a color with good contrast — it becomes the background of your card's header.
Set your reward
Decide what customers earn and how many visits it takes. "Free coffee after 10 visits" is the classic — generous enough to motivate, frequent enough to feel reachable. You can change it later without affecting anyone's progress.
Start with a reachable goal (5–10 visits). A reward people never reach builds no loyalty.
Print your join QR
Your dashboard gives you a printable QR code and a join link. Put the QR where customers pay — on the counter, table tents, or receipts. Anyone who scans it lands on your join page.
Mention the reward next to the QR: "Scan to earn a free coffee" converts better than "Join our loyalty program".
Customers join and save their card
They scan, type their name and email, done — no app to download, no password to remember. One tap saves the card to Apple or Google Wallet so it's always in their pocket.
Staff can mention it at checkout: "Want a stamp for this visit? Scan here, takes ten seconds."

Scan to reward visits
When a regular comes back, open the scanner from your dashboard and point your camera at their card. The point is added instantly. When they hit the goal, the reward pops up on screen — tap to mark it claimed and the cycle restarts.
